Child support from NY to Fla.?

I live in NYC and my daughter in Tampa, Fla. Recently my ex went in Fla and applied for public istance and with that they had her put me in court for child support. I went to court and asked for some time to come up with some paperwork. Preferably an agreement btwn her and I stating how much we both agreed on. She asked for less than what I offered and I insisted we go by my amount, she then agreed. Now the court date is in May, and she had to give me a notarized statement from Fla. stating that she agreed on said amount. I feel that right now I am getting the cold shoulder from her, I call her repeatedly, leave her messages , and she doesn't return my calls. I caught her on the phone yesterday and she said she was at work and had to talk later, we agreed on 11pm. Since I work at night I called her at 11:10 when I had the chance, no answer yet again. Today I called and I am going to voicemail. I am just tryin to set this up, I do have two recorded conversations with her agreeing on said amount of support for my daughter, she was all for it, and now she's just distant. What should I do? What can I do? I'm supposed to put my daughter on my GHI health insurance, and I cannot do so without talkin to her, she is making it difficult. Would a verbal agreement that is recorded be enough, would a judge allow that in court on my next date? One more thing. This all started because she went to get public istance, she now claims that she just dropped that case before it started because she could not get all the required paperwork they needed in order to start a case, so the case is dropped in Fla. so with that being said should I still go to court in May? she said it's dropped, she didnt persue it, i still want to pay her child support, but I don't want to get screwed, I have another daughter here in NYC with special needs, a car, and bills just like anyone else. What should I do? Any advice? If the case was dropped in Fla. then is it also dropped in NYC? I just don't want to get screwed, but i do want to settle things with my daughter and her support. Legally.
