High phosphorus and low sodium count in infants,what does this mean?

my daughter is about 2 months old she would shake so we gave her calcium it seemed to help allot it diminished we just took her for lab tests and we were told that her phosphorus count was high and her sodium count was low he refurred us to a specialist can.can someone tell me anything about this??
