HELP! SKIN PROBLEMM!?

Since Christmas I have been having really bad skin. It just started to be dry skin on my cheeks which I just covered up by foundation but then it started to spread and go on my cheeks and around my eyes and around my mouth, its like really red ,hard flakey and dry. I have been using special creams and I have stopped using flannels, foundation and facial wipes. It seems to ease down and then come back again, It has gone really red now and its depressing me and people are making fun of it. The creams don’t seem to be working what shall I do?
