Did you get an ultrasound photo of your babys gender?

My ultrasound tech was wonderful! However she worked for our hospital, so maybe she followed the rules a little bit more. She acknowledged that the baby was a girl, but was unable to print out a photo the actual gender, I saw it on the screen, though.She said that printing the photo out, would create a liability. However, every time I'm online I see plenty of people who have gender ultrasound pics, do ultrasound techs not follow the rules? Did you ultrasound tech tell you s/he wasn't allowed to be 100%? I just wasn't sure if it was a practice at my hospital or not.
