Obama said " The President does not have power under the Constitution to unilaterally authorize a military..."?

President Bush had no choice about financing a war, we were attacked on 9/11. Mr. Obama had a choice about Libya. By supporting zionism, America will be continously at war. Iran will be next if we continue to support zionism. Why must America defend Israeli intrests ? How about helping our own people here in America instead of sending 4 billion a year to Israel ?
