Does this idea sound cool? Simple Opinion?

It would be really cool, especially if Jack had a really interesting and funny personality and a purpose for following him around (I know its an illness.) Its a really good, original idea. Maybe a little more purpose in between? I dunno, I've never heard anything like it. I'd love to read it!
