Can some one explain "toy" "tea cup" etc?

There are breeds with a recognized, official "toy" clification. Breeds that do not have such size clification may come in alleged "teacup" varieties. "Teacup" is more or less the ignorant breeder's attempt at creating a proper "toy" sized dog. Careful selective breeding is generally not considered, and anything that comes out looking smaller than the rest may be labeled "mini" or "teacup" simply because the breeder either does not understand WHY certain breeds come with a toy clification or, frankly, care.
