Could I have a perineal tear from ?

I'm 19 years old married for 5 months and my husband was my first partner, and I was his (we've been together a total of 2 1/2 years). However he is finishing up training about five hours from me so we only see each other once a month. Well I recently spent the weekend with him and we had four times. Ever since I started the depo shot I've been less lubricated than usual, so it's a bit painful during . The thing is afterward, especially the very last time we had , I was VERY sore on the very tip of the perineal area. So sore that when I coughed (I am recovering from whooping cough...off the antibiotics though) it about killed me it hurt so bad down there. Also when I urinated it burned BAD. Now I did just go to the doctor for a routine pap test and she said I had a bad yeast infection and I finished those antibiotics a week ago and its cleared up, so I understand though I might be a little sore from that. But when I felt myself down there it felt like I maybe teared like 1/2 a centimeter. Is it possible I'm tearing during ? If so, what do I do?
