Disney Getting Darker?

If it's not the parents, it's someone else. As a kid, I knew nothing any better but I just cried when Bambi's mom got shot. Even Finding Nemo was sad when the mom died. Notice how every Disney movie parent is either missing or dead and moms and dads are rarely there? And, I might be crazy, but is Cinderella showing child abuse? God, even A Cinderella Story had a better message. And Aladdin had a mom but it was in a deleted scene and I'm wondering WHY they deleted it. And the fact that an old man can't have a child and makes a puppet instead is just plain creepy. And that film Robots...what is up with the hero falling for a shiny girl? He barely knows her! He gets teased of being Cappy (i think that's her name)'s girlfriend and boom he falls in love?! And Piper seemed to like Rodney, too. Why did he choose Fancy-Pants Cappy instead of Piper? And the villain getting hanged on the cielling with his dad? Way too harsh and like hanging your own son and father.
