HELP PLEASE! guys&girls :]?

im in high school and ive had a lot of expiriences/talks with guys and from what i know and from what guys told me, the best way is to spill it out and tell him.. it`ll work out better than if you just sitting around wondering if he likes you back or if hes ever gonna ask you out.. trust me! i use to do that, and it doesnt feel so good.
