How do you explain this to your kids?

Your daughter is going to hear quite a few things in the next few years about making love and making babies. There are girls her age who are already doing "it" and who will brag about what they are doing with the boys. Your daughter will also hear a lot of things from the other girls that are just plain wrong information. The school is trying to minimize the misinformation by giving the children the correct information. Right now your daughter feels comfortable asking you questions you may not feel comfortable answering. This could be very important to your daughter and reuring to you over the next few years as she matures from a girl to a young woman. You need to explain to your daughter that she is going to hear a lot of things in the next few years, that some of what she hears will be right and a lot of what she hears will be wrong. You also need to tell your daughter that she can come to you with her questions, but she should do so when she can talk privately with you.
