I am playing Resident Evil 4 on Gamecube, why can't I get separate ways and extra costume (the secend 1)?

I have beat the game on all levels of difficulty, and beat ignment ada, and mercenaries (All characters are unlocked and I comleted have got 5 star rating with them all) Also I can't get the handcannon
