Marriage to a foreigner?

My girlfriend is currently in the United States on a tourist visa, after a month of her in the states we have decided to get married. She will be returning to her country of origin (Cambodia) in half a month. After I graduate this summer, I will head to marry her in Cambodia. I was wondering if this is legal and if anyone knows the process that I will have to go through.
