Im getting drug test what should I do?

The last time I smoked weed was last weekend im getting drug tested this tue. will detox pills work? how many detox pills can i take? how much and what is the BEST to drink? can dextox pills show up on drug test at clincs? *** I just had the stomach flu and lost 10lbs. will that help at all..for any reason? any suggestions?
