Is this labor pain or not?

Hi. I have completed my 8 months of pregnancy and the due date given to me according to my LMP is 2 Feb'10. But the scan shows that already the fetus has crossed 38 wks. I also have had a circlage done in my 4th month. Now I feel intense pain in my lower abdomen and also Iam sometimes unable to walk due to it. But everything subsides as I take in a painkiller. I feel lots of pain in legs and my back. But still all this is bearable. I have much amount of mucus coming out since past 1 week or so. Do these symptoms of pain indicate labor or is it nothing to worry?
