A question about community college?

I plan on going to NOVA, which is a community college in northern virginia. I am a junior in high school right now with very poor grades. Well there is a 2 year program where you go to nova for two years and then you transfer to a 4 year college, and i have a scholarship for being the first person in my family to actually go to a college. community or norm. Well, i want to take pre-med cles and someone told me to take them at my other college (which i hope is vcu) i want to major in bio and become an oncologist, i understand the med. school and residency process- just not the nova process, whould med schools accept me if i p my MCAT, but if they see my nova will they think otherwise. My mom is a secratary and the law firm she works for all the lawyers went straight to a 4 year college- no comm. I also had a rough patch my sopre year of high school and someone told me the essay you write you can talk about that and if you show improvement- they'll accept you. I need help!!!!!
